Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your watch, you can send it back in its new and unworn condition within 7 days of receiving delivery.
Please inspect your watch as soon as it arrives, make sure you are happy with the watch before wearing it, if you want to return it please do not remove any stickers or size the watch, returns must be made within 7 days, please contact us before posting.
We will refund the original purchase price of the watch you are returning, any postage costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
In short we cannot replace or refund your watch when:
- The watch has been used, worn or damaged.
- The case back sticker has been removed.
- The watch has been sized.
Please do not return the watch until you have contacted us at paul@scurfawatches.com to start a return and receive shipping instructions. Please include your order number, date of order and delivery date. Thank you.
* Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom, therefore, customers may be subject to import duties or taxes based on their country. International orders are processed under a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) arrangement. This implies that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon receipt of the order. We will not be held responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
Please be aware that we are unable to refund any customs duties paid in the event that you return your watch for a refund. Additionally, any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. It is important to note that customs officials may require your Social Security Number, Tax or VAT ID. If requested, the shipping company will directly contact you to arrange payment for these duties and their administration charges. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this request.
All purchases made outside of the UK are placed with us accepting these terms.
FAQ: I’ve refused delivery due to the import duties. Can I still receive a refund?
Once the shipment has been dispatched and rejected upon import/delivery, DHL will proceed with either destroying or returning the goods. Rest assured, we’ll make every effort to ensure the goods are safely returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned items and completion of inspection, a refund will be issued (minus outbound postage costs, incurred return fees, duties and taxes (see above delivery charges for current postage fees).
Important: Our refund process may take up to 10 days to complete once the item has been safely returned to us in satisfactory condition.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. Once your order is placed and paid for, we automatically create your shipping labels and services preventing us from cancelling orders. Thank you.
